    • Estimated Delivery: 8 to 15 business days.

    • Reliable, tracked shipping at no extra cost to you. Perfect for those who are planning their next workout in advance.

  • Express Priority Shipping

    • Cost: £6.99

    • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days.

    • Your order is prioritised in our system and dispatched via a faster shipping lane to reach your doorstep as quickly as possible.

2. Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Tracking Your Order

We know you’re keen to get training! Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking link so you can monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs and Import Duties

To offer you the best value and a wide variety of equipment, our products are dispatched from international hubs. While the vast majority of our orders arrive without additional fees, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
